Requirement
- Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering (Mechanical,
Electrical, or equivalent)
- Min. 5 years more experience as Production Manager/Senior
Supervisor in plastic/metal/consumer goods industry.
- Proficient en to end drinkware production process
(plastic/metal), lean manufacturing, production planning, budgeting,
quality systems, maintenance management, ERP/SAP, and strategic leadership
- Familiar with CNC machines, EDM, wire cut machines, welding,
and conventional machining equipment such as lathes and other related
machinery
- Lean Six Sigma certification, project management, managerial
level Occupational Health and Safety (K3) and advanced leadership training
Job Description
- Develop production strategies and annual/quarterly production
targets based on the company business plan
- Supervise and ensure all production lines operate efficiently
and effectively
- Managing production budget
- Ensure product quality meets company standards and customer
satisfaction
- Develop and implement lean manufacturing continuous improvement
systems
- Lead the development of production human resource (training,
coaching, and succession planning)
- Ensure compliance with K3, environmental regulations, and
industry standards (ISO, SMK3)
- Report production performance to top management on a regular
basis
