Requirement
- Min. S1 majoring Industrial Engineering or related field
- Min. 3–5 years of working experience in the same position,
preferably in the plastic manufacturing industry
- Familiar with new model transfer, engineeing trial, mass
production launch, BOM, drawing, SOP/WI, ECN, and engineering document
control
- Understanding manufacturing process such as injection molding,
assembly, printing, painting, or related industries
- Able to read technical drawings and familiar with AutoCAD or
related drawing software
- Experience in packaging development and localization projects
with local suppliers is preferred
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, communication, coordination,
and project management skills
- Able to communicate in Bahasa and English and manager projects
simultaneously

Job Description
- Lead and monitor new product introduction (NPI) and transfer
model activities
- Control project timeline, trial schedule, and mass production
readiness
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments and Mother Company
for project execution
- Monitor readiness of BOM, drawing, SOP/WI, material, mold,
machine, and packaging
- Arrange and follow up engineering trial, production trial, and
issue closure
- Support development and localization projects with local
suppliers
- Review technical drawings for development and mass production
readiness
- Ensure smooth new model launch according to quality, cost, and
delivery targets
- Prepare project progress reports and escalate critical issues
to management
