Skills, Abilities and Characteristics:
1. Ability to
create Master Production Schedule (MPS) and Material Requirement Planning (MRP)
based on market demand and production capacity.
2. Hands-on
experience in developing production schedules, balancing factory capacity, and
ensuring output targets are achieved
3. Expertise
in managing raw material stock, work in process (WIP), and finished goods,
including determining safety stock and preventing excess or shortage of stock
(overstock or stockout).
4. Experience
coordinating with various departments such as production, purchasing, and
warehouse, to align delivery plans and schedules.
5. Ability to
analyze production and inventory data, as well as experience using Enterprise
Resource Planning (ERP) or Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems
6. Ability to
lead, direct, and evaluate PPIC team
7. Ability to
analyze discrepancies between plans vs. actuals and resolve operational issues
quickly
8. Excellent
communication skills to coordinate between departments effectively
