Requirement
- Bachelor Degree (S1) in Mandarin Language, Management, or
related field
- Strong reading, written and spoken in English, Bahasa and
proficiency in Mandarin will be added as advantage
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience
- Proficient in preparing and maintaining bilingual business
documents and reports
- Good administrative, translation, and communication skills
- Honest, hardworking, initiative, discipline, positive attitude,
fast learner, adapt easily
- Having HSK 4 or above is preferred
Job Description
- Perform verbal and written translation for company documents,
meetings, and external communications
- Assist in administrative coordination and support
cross-department communication to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Participate in job rotation programs, learn assigned functions,
and document work processes and best practices.
- Support the preparation, review, verification, and management
of controlled documents to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Conduct Chinese language training and support employees in
improving workplace communication skills
